Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be interested in utilizing our studio space.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund or charged to the payment method used for the reservation.
If you need to reschedule your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice of cancellation), the full reservation fee will be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
